Founder of JW Martin Real Estate, Joseph W. Martin, is a Clemson
native with a family name known in the area for entrepreneurial spirit. The Martin family name has been synonymous with honesty, integrity, fair treatment, and hard work. From his Grandfather EA Martin's auto dealership to Bill Martin's grocery store, the Martin's have served the people of Clemson and the surrounding area to the best of their ability. Joseph W. Martin is no exception when it comes to living up to the family name. Known by the locals and friends as "Joey," he started his real estate career at the age of 21. Over nearly two decades, he has worked with some of the most elite developers in the country, such as Ginn Development and JMC Communities, and was part of a record-breaking sales team selling over 400 million dollars of real estate.
