Growing up on a farm in Wisconsin taught her the value of hard work, while 14 years as a licensed massage therapist taught her something equally important: listen first. Her involvement in the SubTo community has expanded her knowledge of investing, seller finance, creative finance, and alternative real estate strategies—especially useful when a traditional transaction isn't necessarily the best solution.
