Over the years, I have invested in and worked with real estate across Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, gaining extensive experience in buy-and-hold investments, fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, short-term vacation rentals, land acquisitions, and property development opportunities. This broad background allows me to help clients identify opportunities, evaluate risks, maximize value, and make informed decisions based on their unique goals.

As a licensed North Carolina REALTOR® for the past four years, and more recently a SC REALTOR®, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate everything from residential purchases and investment properties to complex land transactions and second-home acquisitions. In 2024, my husband and I made the move to Upstate South Carolina to broaden our horizons and embrace a new chapter. We quickly fell in love with the region's stunning mountain views, pristine lakes, endless hiking opportunities, and exceptional quality of life. Today, we proudly call the Upstate home and live on the lake, where we enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring all that this incredible area has to offer.

I am also fortunate to be married to a builder, which provides additional insight into construction, renovation potential, property value enhancement, and development opportunities.
